Instant crosslinker for oil and gas, instant crosslink for fracturing, borate crosslinker
FRACSAL OS
DESCRIPTION

Fracsal OS is a concentrated borate solution that is used to crosslink guar and derivatized guar-based fracture fluid systems. Fracsal OS is able to achieve low pour points by incorporating a pour point depressant that exhibits low toxicityand has excellent biodegradability. Fracsal OS solutions can achieve pour points as low as -46°C (-15°F).  Required pour points for Fracsal OS may be tailored to meet specific customer requirements. This product is added continously during the fracturing fluid pumping operation. Fracsal OS produces a unique gel structure downhole that is elastic and thermally stable. This product exhibits improved sand transport into fractures, and the ability to re-heal itself and form a stable gel structure after shearing.

FEATURES
  • Environmentally friendly and non-hazardous
  • Allows for a simple addition of product for batch or continuous mixed systems
  • No performance difference when used in sea water fracturing formulations
  • Performs in various aqueous-based polymer systems
  • Producesa fluid with superior leak-off control without addition of hydrocarbon and silica flour additives
  • Allows for precise control of desired pour points
  • Non-damaging to the reservior
  • May be modified to meet customer requirements
