FRACSAL I
DESCRIPTION
Fracsal I crosslinking additive consists of a specifically sized, sparingly-soluble borate crosslinking agent suspended in a hydrocarbon based carrier fluid. A standard concentration for Fracsal I is 1.0 gal per 1,000 gal of fracturing fluid with crosslink times ranging from 2 to 3 minutes depending upon the pH, temperature, and type of polymer-based fracturing fluid system. Fracsal I packaging can be customized to meet specific requirements.
