DESCRIPTION

Thermacarb is a two component thermal extender and low shear rate viscosity stabilizer for polymer based completion and workover fluids formulated in zinc bromide brines. Packaging is in 50 lb or 25 kg sacks.

APPLICATIONS

Thermacarb provides stabilized rheological and filtration properties at temperatures above 280°F for polymer suspensions which are formulated with sized, bridging and/or weighting solids.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Thermacarb can be mixed using a conventional mud hopper or other adequate mixing arrangement.
