Alka Buff Hi stabilizes
Hysal® products mixed in more acidic brines. Alka Buff Hi is packaged in 50 lb or 25 kg
sacks.
BASE FLUIDS
Alka Buff Hi is used with Hysal
HD, Hysal HT and Hysal C
compositions mixed in calcium bromide/zinc bromide brine blends or
single-salt zinc bromide.
FEATURES
- Limits thermal degradation by deterring acid hydrolysis.
- Provides supplemental filtration control.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Alka Buff Hi is easily mixed using a
mud hopper or other adequate mixing arrangement.
