DESCRIPTION
Polytex AHT-L is a proprietary
polyanionic cellulose blend, suspended in a low aromatic content
hydrocarbon, which is designed to impart fluid loss control and
relatively high temperature stability without significantly
increased fluid viscosity. Polytex AHT-L
liquid concentrate is packaged in 5 gal plastic containers.
BASE FLUIDS
Polytex AHT-L may be used in fresh
water, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and sodium formate
brines.
FEATURES
- Disperses and mixes well in low shear environments
- Compatible with viscosifiers such as xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl
cellulose, and bentonite clay
- Controls high temperature, high pressure fluid loss at
temperatures up to 310°F
- Stable suspension properties
